Some fund raising ideas
Tell your family and friends what you are doing and who you are raising money for,
and ask them to sponsor you. Try and get many small donations to add up to 2000
rupees.
Enjoy a DVD with friends. Tell them about the event; ask them to make a donation
to raise the money.
Invite your neighbours for tea. Tell them about your endeavour and ask them to put
something in an envelope.
Make a cake and take it into work/college. Tell your work mates about the event
and ask them to buy a slice of your cake!
Knock at your neighbours’ doors and tell them what you are doing and ask them for
a donation.
You will be surprised how soon the 50 and 100 rupee notes add up!
